4.1 Ownership and Rights:

• You retain ownership of prompts you input
• Paintola S.L. grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use generated content
• Commercial use is permitted for purchased content
• You may not resell, redistribute, or license the AI generation service itself

4.2 Prohibited Uses:

• Illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Adult content, hate speech, or harassment
• Misleading or deceptive content
• Impersonation or infringement of others' rights
• Content that violates Spanish or EU laws

5.1 Order Process:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason
• Orders from EU customers include VAT according to EU regulations

5.2 Payment:

• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• You authorize us to charge the total amount at order placement

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• EU shipments include all applicable taxes and duties
• International shipping outside EU may be subject to customs fees

7.1 Physical Products:

• 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in accordance with EU law
• 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is defective
• Items must be in original condition

7.2 Digital Products:

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed
• Refunds may be granted for technical issues at our discretion

7.3 AI Generation Services:

• Credits purchased for AI generation are non-refundable
• Refunds may be provided for service outages exceeding 24 hours

Paintola S.L., our platform, logo, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws under Spanish and international legislation. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

For AI-generated content, you represent that your prompts do not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or personality rights.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy and is compliant with GDPR regulations. We collect and process data as described therein, including prompts and generated content for service improvement.

As a Spanish company, we adhere to Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.

To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, Paintola S.L. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• AI-generated content that may be inaccurate, offensive, or infringing
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific product or service

As a consumer in the European Union, you have legal rights under consumer protection laws. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
